Cheese & Bacon Potato Wedgies

Ingredients:
  • 1 (25 oz.) package frozen potato wedges
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 to 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 medium green onions, thinly sliced
cheese and bacon potato wedgiescrostini
Preparation:

Bake potato wedges according to package directions.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon and bake until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot!
