Aloha Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 - 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce

Preparation:

Pack into a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a spread with crackers. To make into a decorative shape, line a mold with plastic wrap and press cheese spread firmly into mold.
