Christmas Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups [8-oz] shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp diced pimientos
  • 1 Tbsp diced green pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chopped pecans. Shape into two balls; roll in pecans. Cover and chill. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
