Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 lbs dried beef
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp chives
  • sprinkle of garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and roll into a ball. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
