Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 6 oz. blue cheese
  • 2 - 5 oz. jars processed sharp cheese
  • 4 - 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Preparation:

Blend cheeses at room temperature and add Worcestershire sauce, onion, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/4 cup parsley. Form into ball and refrigerate 24 hour. Roll ball in remaining 1/2 cup nuts and 1/4 cup parsley. Do not blend cheeses in blender as it becomes too soft to handle.
