Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 cup chopped pecans, divided in half

Preparation:

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pepper, onion, pineapple, and salt. Mix well. Add 1 cup pecans. Mix well. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with fruit if desired. Serve with crackers.
