Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion

Preparation:

Whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add drained pineapple, green pepper, seasoned salt, onion and most of the chopped pecans. Set aside enough pecans to roll the cheese ball in. Shape into ball and refrigerate. It's better if it's refrigerated overnight. Roll in remaining pecans before serving.
