Apricot Chipotle-Glazed Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce from a can, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp adobo sauce
  • 2 tsp MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • Assorted crackers

Preparation:

Heat apricot preserves, chile, adobo sauce and bouillon in small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute or until bouillon is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.

Place cream cheese on serving platter; pour apricot sauce over cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
