Armadillo Balls

Ingredients:
  • 8 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lbs hot pork sausage
  • 5 oz. Bisquick
  • 1 package pork Shake 'n Bake
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation:

Split peppers. Remove seeds. Stuff inside of pepper with monterey jack cheese. Combine cheese, sausage and bisquick. Wrap dough around pepper.

Roll in beaten egg. Roll in shake 'n bake. Bake at 325° F for 20-25 minutes.dipping.
