Chili Meat Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on large cookie sheet or in shallow pan. Bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes.

Drain on paper towels, then serve.
