Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans Campbells golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can Campbells cream of onion soup
  • 1 can of water

Preparation:

Mix meat with bread crumbs, dry onion soup mix, eggs, milk and seasonings. Shape into balls and bake at 350° F for 25 minutes in a baking pan. While meatballs are baking, heat the 3 cans of soup with 1 can of water. Mix well. Add meatballs to soup. Can be place in crockpot to stay warm.
