Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3-4 oz. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard (plus a little more)
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 bottles Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp red pepper
  • 2 doz. (approx.) wings, split

Preparation:

Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add all other ingredients, except wings, together in the saucepan and heat through.

Put a little of mixture in bottom of 9x13-inch pan.

Put chicken wings in pan and pour rest of sauce on top of wings. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.

Bake in sauce in 350° F oven for 1 1/2 hours, or cook individually on grill until done (40 minutes or more depending on grill type and heat.
