Chinese Spare Ribs

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp Hoisin sauce
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 lbs spare ribs

Preparation:

Mix together the first five ingredients in a bowl. Fit the ribs snugly into a bowl or pan and pour the marinade over.

Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight. Grill or broil spareribs, turning once until done, about 15 minutes. Serve.
