Harvest Barbecued Pork Roast

Ingredients:
  • 1 4-5 lbs pork roast
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 10 oz. jar pure apple or grape jelly

Preparation:

Roast meat approximately 3 hours. Heat sauce and jelly. Stir to blend well. Baste meat with half the sauce during the last half hour of roasting time. Serve remaining sauce with sliced meat.
