Pan Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 to 2 lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Ketchup
  • 1 Can (12 oz.) Coca Cola
  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Preparation:

Brown chicken thighs in a skillet. Put soda, ketchup, and seasonings in a mixing bowl, stir until mixed thoroughly. Once the thighs are browned, add the sauce and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
