Pork Barbecue

Ingredients:
  • 2.2 lbs pork, cut into chunk cubes
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup banana catsup
  • 1 head of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp calamansi juice
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • bamboo sticks for skewers

Preparation:

Marinate pork cubes for 2 hours or overnight. Skewer pork, 5 pieces a stick. Grill and baste until well cooked. Heat the rest of the marinade until it thickens, strain. Serve with sauce.
