Smokey Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
  • 2 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup smoked barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425°. Prepare pizza crust in rectangle shaped pan. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup cheese. In a separate bowl, combine chicken and barbeque sauce tossing to coat. Top crust with chicken mixture, green pepper and onion. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
