Baked Bean Loaf

Ingredients:
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cup ff cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs (ie., an Italian herb blend)
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation:

Preheat oven 325F.

Mash beans and breadcrumbs together. Add remaining ingredients to form a stiff dough. Thin with skim milk if necessary.

Place in a loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
