Beef Burgundy

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/2 cup Burgundy
  • pinch of thyme
  • 1 can of whole mushrooms
  • bread crumbs to thicken

Preparation:

Brown meaTbsp Add other ingredients. Bake at 225° F oven for 6 hours. Mix in bread crumbs to thicken.

Add mushrooms over top. Serve with rice.
