Beef Brisket

Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic powder salt
  • 7 - 8 lbs brisket
  • 1 bottle of diabetic barbeque sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup bell pepper
  • 1 cup sugar liquidfied
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Equal, dissolved
  • 1 tsp dry mustard, dissolved in warm water
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup pitted black olives
  • 1 Tbsp sugar free savey sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tsp salt

Preparation:

Pat garlic powder salt on brisket. Cook on 350° F for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle kian pepper on it. Turn over and repeat process. Cover ant bake 30 minutes at 200° F.

Mix remaining ingredients well. Take out of oven and pour mixture over top. Cook on low for 2 hours. Simmer.
