Beef Brisket

Ingredients:
  • 4 - 5 lbs brisket
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 bay leaf, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation:

Rub the meat with salt Place in ungreased baking dish. Stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over meaTbsp Cover the baking dish tightly. Bake at 325° F for 3 hours.
