Cheesy Ro-Tel Chili Brisket Tacos

Ingredients:
  • 1 fully-cooked brisket, shredded and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can RoTel brand tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chili con carne, with or without beans
  • Shredded cheddar cheese as accompaniment
  • 1 (12-count) package of corn tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

In a skillet, add shredded brisket and heat on medium heat; add one can of Ro-Tel and stir all together. Stir in one can of chili and stir and heat. in a small amount of oil fry the tortillas to be used as tacos.

To serve spoon the meat mixture into the taco shell and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
