Corned Beef Brisket

Ingredients:
  • 1 beef brisket
  • 3 Tbsp pickling spices
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced

Preparation:

Cover brisket with water.

Add spices and garlic.

Cook 1 hour per lbs or until tender.

Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
