Marinated Brisket

Ingredients:
  • 4 lbs brisket
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 3 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Preparation:

Marinate a brisket in a mixture of cider vinegar, red wine, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic salt overnight. Turn occasionally.

Place in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over the top.

Bake, covered, at 275° F for 8 hours, or until tender. Slice thinly.
