Cajun Style Barbecued Hamburgers

Ingredients:
  • 2 to 3 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 oz. A1 Steak Sauce
  • 3 1/2 oz. ml Jack Miller's BBQ Sauce
  • 3/4 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper (liquify in food processor)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation:

Just mix all these ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. Form into patties of whatever size you like.

If you let these sit in the refrigerator for about an hour before grilling them, they will hold together nicely. Otherwise, after placing them on the grill, do not turn them until the underside is done. This will ensure that the pattie doesn't break when you turn it to the other side.
