Red Oak Juicy Burgers

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 lbs ground venison
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 3 Tbsp mustard

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine meat, onions, brown sugar, vinegar, water, ketchup, flour and mustard.

Blend well with hands.

Patty out burgers.

Cook on grill with medium heat.
