Flank Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onions or Chives, Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Mashed
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 2 lbs Flank Steak

Preparation:

Combine all ingredient for the marinade and pour over steak. marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Broil on the grill or in the oven.

Cut thin slices diagonally against grain and serve.
