Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients:
  • Unflavored meat tenderizer
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 flank steak

Preparation:

Sprinkle tenderizer on steak. Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, oil, ketchup, and chopped onion.

Place meat in marinade in either a gallon size Ziploc bag or Tupperware dish. Marinate at least 4 hours. After grilling slice thin on bias.
