Preparation:

Tenderize steak by scoring both sides of steak against the grain of the meat using a sharp knife in 2 directions making a crisscross pattern. Using a fork, further tenderize the steak by forking the meat repeatedly all over each side.

Season the steak generously on both sides with freshly ground pepper. Put all ingredients, including the steak, into a large (1 gallon) Ziplock bag, zip securely, and mix well. (To prevent accidental leakage place Ziplock with steak into another Ziplock bag).
Marinate 1-3 days, turning a couple times a day.

Grilling: Preheat grill on high for 10 minutes. Take steak out of Ziplock bag and discard marinade.
