Mustard And Beer Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp powdered mustard
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 12 oz. can of beer
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 flank steak (approx. 1 1/4 lbs.)

Preparation:

Mix together brown sugar, powdered mustard, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, beer, and vegetable oil.

Prick steak and slash sides. Place steak in marinade, 15 minutes on each side.

Take meat out of marinade and broil 5 inches from heat source 6 minutes on each side.

Slice thinly and serve.
