Beef Kabobs

Ingredients:
  • 4 lbs chuck roast, cut in 2-inch cubes
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup wine or wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard

Preparation:

Combine oil, wine, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

Marinate meat in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Alternate beef cubes, potato cubes, tomato quarters, mushrooms, squash cubes and onion quarters on a skewer.

Cook on barbecue until browned and done.
