Easy London Broil

Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 to 3 lbs) beef flank steak
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing

Preparation:

Place flank steak in a glass baking dish*. Pour dressing over steak. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning once.

Remove steak from marinade and grill or broil to desired doneness (140° F for medium-rare). Remove from grill and slice across grain in thin slices. Arrange on platter to serve
