Herb-Marinated Steaks

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 lbs steaks

Preparation:

Combine red wine, chopped onion, chopped parsley, bay leaf, salt, thyme, and crushed garlic clove; mixing well. Pour into a shallow dish and add steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Grill steaks for 8 to 9 minutes on each side, or until done.
