Marinated Barbecued Chuck Steak

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Onion, minced
  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Oil, olive
  • 2 lbs Chuck steak, about 1" thick

Preparation:

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir. Place steak in a large shallow bowl; pour marinade over steak. Turn steak ot coat both sides with marinade; cover and refrigerate 10 hours or overnight.

Remove steak from marinade; place on grill over hot coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
