Bisquick Crepes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation:

Beat all ingredients with a wire whisk. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into a lightly greased hot skillet. Rotate until the batter covers the bottom of the skillet. Cook until golden. Cook other side.
