Breakfast Apples

Ingredients:
  • 8 baking apples; peeled and sliced (3 1/2 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup to 1 chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup butter; melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

Cook in slow cooker on high 3 hours, stirring now and then. Serve warm with waffles, pancakes or yogurt.
