Breakfast on the Run

Ingredients:
  • 2 whole bananas - frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar

Place all in a blender and whirl until puréed. Garnish with nutmeg.
