Beef, Tators and Bean Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 - 16 oz. can french cut green beans
  • 1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes

Preparation:

In a skillet, brown ground beef and chopped onion; drain. Spread in a baking pan and top with french cut green beans and cream of mushroom soup diluted with water. Top with frozen hash brown potatoes.

Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are browned.
