Italian Beef And Biscuits

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pound Lean or regular ground beef
  • 1 Medium Onion - chop
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Cans Tomato sauce - 8oz ea
  • 1 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 10 oz.
  • frozen cut green beans - Thaw/Drain
  • 6 Slices Process American cheese
  • 1 cup Bisquick original mix
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan - grated

Preparation:

Heat oven to 400° F. Cook meat and onion, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.

Stir in water, tomato sauce and dry sauce mix; stir in beans.

Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick.

Pour into ungreased 9x9x2" pan. Top with cheese slices.

Mix baking mix and milk until soft dough forms; beat 30 seconds.

Drop by 6 Tbsp onto cheese slices; sprinkle with Parmesan.
