Chinese Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 tsp Soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Onion - diced
  • Garlic powder; not salt - to taste
  • Seasoned salt - to taste
  • 3 1/2 lbs Chicken; fryer, cut up

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients but the chicken. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake (uncovered) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350° F oven. Baste every once in awhile.
