Russian Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 2 Pounds boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 1 package Dry onion soup mix
  • 8 oz. Russian salad dressing
  • 8 oz. Apricot preserves

Preparation:

Place chicken parts as needed in glass baking dish.

Combine dressing, preserves, and dry onion soup mix, and spoon over chicken. Bake at 350° For 1-1/2 hours.
