Impossible Italian Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Pound Bulk Italian sausage
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Mozzarella - shredded
  • 1 cup Bisquick

Preparation:

Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 10" pie plate.

Cook and stir sausage in skillet until no longer pink, about 15 minutes; drain.

Sprinkle sausage and cheese into plate.

Mix remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.

Bake until inserted knife comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
