Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
  • 1 lbs American cheese, sliced in strips
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lbs fried bacon, chopped

Preparation:

Combine first four ingredients. Place in 9x13-inch pan.

Top with bacon. Bake 1 hour at 325° F.
