Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs boneless fryer
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 5 Tbsp chili powder

Preparation:

Coarsely grind a 2-pounds boneless fryer. In a kettle, sauté onions and garlic in oil. Add ground chicken and braise. Add water and tomato sauce. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well; cover and simmer 4 hours.
