Chili Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 4 oz. can diced chilies
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 10-3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Microwave onion and garlic 1 minute on high. In a 2 quart casserole, arrange 1 cup tortilla chips on bottom. Arrange chicken on top. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese and remaining chips. Spread mixture over the chips and chicken.

Sprinkle cheese over all, then sprinkle remaining chips. Cook on medium high 70% for 10 to 14 minutes. To microwave chicken, place in a bowl, cover loosely and microwave on high 7 minutes per pound. Turn once.
