Corn Chowder #2

Ingredients:
  • 3 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 - 14 oz. can of chicken broth
  • 16 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can RoTel tomatoes and green chiles
  • 8 1/2 oz. can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed-low fat is fine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation:

Heat together. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
