Easy Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
  • 4 Strips Bacon
  • 1 cup Red Pepper, Diced
  • 1 cup Scallions, Sliced
  • 2 Cans Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cans - 15 oz. each Creamed Style Corn
  • 4 Tbsp Cream

Preparation:

Dice and sauté bacon until crisp.

Pour off fat Add red pepper and scallions and cook 4 minutes. Add broth, creamed corn and cream. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm.
