Crock Pot Barbecue Beef

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs boneless round rump roast
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 cup bottled barbecue sauce

Preparation:

Trim fat from meat and place in crock pot.

Add water, vinegar, worcestershire, cumin, and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours, or on high for 5 to 6 hours.

Discard liquid, remove meat, pull apart and return to crock pot adding barbecue sauce.

Cook for another 45 minutes.
