Sausage, Green Bean Crock Pot

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. Eckrich Smoked Sausage
  • 2 cans Del Monte green beans (not french style)
  • 2 cans Del Monte carrots
  • 2 cans Del Monte potato chunks
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt

Preparation:

Slice the sausage and put it in the bottom of the crockpot Do not drain any of the vegetables. Pour in all 6 cans of vegetables with their liquids and mix well.

Add Garlic salt on the top and cook for 8-10 hours on low. Serve with Biscuits.
