Fresh Blueberry Cobbler #2

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 4 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Margarine or butter; melted

Preparation:

Heat oven to 425° F.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and the cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in blueberries, water and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.

Mix remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 tablespoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture.

Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
